Coffee packaging machines

Omag srl manufactures a range of automatic coffee cup packaging machines specially designed to dispense and package granular food products and flours.

Omag coffee packaging machines ensure the preservation of: coffee beans, ground coffee, coffee in capsules or filters (for espresso and American style coffee), coffee in capsules and three-in-one powder sachets (i.e. containing a blend of powdered coffee, milk and sugar) in single-dose packets that are heat-sealed on three or four sides or in pyramid-sealed packages.

The coffee packaging machines (series C3 and CS) used for the production and packaging of this type of product are highly functional and robust, equipped with auger or volumetric fillers depending on the product’s fluency, allowing for maximum performance and filling precision (maintaining reduced costs). In addition, on request, all coffee packaging machines can be equipped with an inert gas injection mechanism for preserving the coffee’s aroma.
