In fact, Omag S.p.A. manufactures a wide range of packaging machines for sugar and other powdered products; all our units are subjected to frequent tests and inspections, verifying improved performances so as to satisfy the specific needs of all our customers.
All our sugar packing machines (series C3, CS and DIVA) are extremely compact, very fast and can handle high productivity loads; they are equipped with volumetric fillers.
The C3 is a continuous motion machine that allows for the packaging of heat-sealed sachets on four sides. The machine is managed completely electronically; handling operations are guaranteed by brushless servomotors, and a touch screen operator interface allows for high precision. This machine model is produced in versions with 1 to 15 lanes, working with rolls of up to 1200mm. Special versions can be supplied on specific request.
The CS is a vertical multi-lane intermittent motion machines allows for the packaging of the innovative and modern “stick-packs”, tubular bags that are sealed on three sides. The machine uses a single roll of heat-sealing film, which is pre-cut in the number of packaging lanes. A tubular sleeve is created out of each strip, and then sealed lengthwise; the horizontal sealing unit forms the stick. This machine model is produced in versions with 1 to 20 lanes. Special versions can be supplied on specific request.
The DIVA machine model operates with intermittent movements, the result of our longstanding experience in stick-pack packaging machines, employing all the specifications of versatility and functionality of the popular CS versions. The DIVA’s extremely contained price and significant production speed for this type of machine make it an affordable solution for all small mid-range manufacturers of this type of product. The DIVA packaging machine is produced with 1 to 5 tracks.
