PRIMARY PACKAGING

Omag designs and manufactures a wide range of packaging machines for primary packaging in stick-pack format. You will be able to find the most suitable solution for your business and even customise it according to your needs.

SECONDARY PACKAGING

Forming machine, closing machine and connecting units make up the fully automatic “Made in Italy” solution for secondary packaging capable of forming, filling and closing die-cut cartons from blanks or pre-glued cartons.

BRUSHLESS MOTORS

The machines are completely driven by servo motors, so as to significantly reduce the use of compressed air, which ensures greater precision of movements and a high degree of silence during production.

HIGH FLEXIBILITY

From the order confirmation, what are the delivery times?

Managing time correctly is one of our priorities. Check with our specialists whether your packaging machine is part of an optimised or customised standard programme.

How many months does the warranty last?

Your safety is important for us. The standard warranty lasts 12 months, with effect from the date on which the site acceptance test (SAT) is performed and accepted. However, we provide additional solutions for extending the standard warranty to 18 or 24 months.

Are there any training activities for the machine’s installation and start-up?

We propose installation, commissioning, training and production assistance activities, as well as preventive maintenance interventions. Contact our assistance team to find the best solution for your needs.

How is after-sales assistance managed?
