Intermittent motion horizontal cartoner for pre-glued cartons

Intermittent-motion cartoner machine designed for sachets, blister, sticks etc packaging in pre-glued cartons with tuck-in closure and/or glued, with even or alternate flaps, piloted by a brushless motor and settable by HMI. Machine is controlled by PLC.

The OMAG cartoner AI46 is composed by:

  • Cartons magazine with manual regulation and analogic indicator; It is composed also by minimum and maximum weight cartons control system;
  • The cartons picking systems has synchronous mechanical motion, with suction cups picking and opening system by lower suction cups;
  • Cartons transport realized by 2 couples of timing belt;
  • The product feeding into the carton is realized by a mechanical pushers and started by a brushless independent motor, equipped by torque control system.
